Chimeg Oyun , in 1979-1997 worked as a research worker in the Institute of Philosophy, Sosiology and Law, Academy of Sciences, Department of Buddhist Studies
( later the name changed), from 1999 works at the Department of Religious studies,
School of Social Sciences, NUM,now is an Associate Professor.
Defended the dissertation work (Dr Ph.) in 2001. Subject :"Socio-Philosophical Ideas in the "Grades on the Path to Bodhi" by Tsonkhapa" .
Reads lectures on the "Grades on the Path to Bodhi" , "World religions" and "History and Teaching of Christianity".
Graduated from Leningrad University in 1979, had a course of modern Tibetan language in Sarah, Dharamsala, India.

She has published a number of articles on the "Grades on the Path to Bodhi" by Tsonkhapa, translated and published a manuscript by Suresh Bhatia on Mahabodhi temple in Bodhgaya; articles on Nietzsche's and Heidegger's philosophy.
